MODERATORS
NextDNS gives me more control. It can do stuff like ad blocking, tracker blocking and rewrites (same as
/etc/hosts
). It has many blocklists available.Disadvantage is limit of 300,000 DNS queries/month on the free account, but it's enough for personal use.
However, where DoT or DoH isn't available, I still use 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare).
