I've came to conclusion that I should do the things that will improve my mental health.

Like I do an intense run at night so that it's easier than running in the sun. I will do a consistently challenging run that always gives me consistent but not intense pain. It's working out and just a great way to practice mental fortitude.

I guess I just decided novel things are great
