Well the American equivalent of that is a United States postal service postal worker we are the exact same thing can happen, growing up I had the same mailman for almost 15 years

It just makes sense to do that as well. The postman can tell where they need to go immediately just by reading the name. A lot of the time they act as a point of contact for people and the postal company as well
