Not just piefed.ca, all piefed instances as of now. All your comments and posts can be interacted by hexbear users without you knowing at all lol

It is. If you post to a community that federates with hexbear, they will be able to reply and vote to your content. This isn't a bug, but since hexbear hasn't defederated from piefed instances (yet), they are still able to see.
