I view this the same as plastic surgery. If it's for health-related reasons, absolutely I would take them. Other than that, it's a waste of time for the professionals. When I was a kid, I had an accident that required plastic surgery to reattach my nose. I'm glad we have the ability to perform that kind of procedure, but I wouldn't support the idea of a nosejob just for cosmetic reasons.
It's normal for your body to stop producing hormones as you get older. Trying to screw around with nature has time and time again shown to be a losing bet.
