Motherfucking Shodan. Even reading that line gave me chills. Loved System Shock 2, obviously.
Lol, I immediately & automatically read that in her voice ofc.
And, yeah, totally, everything about Shodan was executed perfectly (story, the goals, presentation). It's not that much there, but it's very nice.
I replay SS2 every 3 (maybe 5?) years, it's still very immersive.
Supposedly they did an HD remaster on it. Haven't picked it up myself but the criticisms were because 'they didn't add anything' which imo sounds perfect. Would be nice to replay the game with current graphics.
Your post just reminded me that I did infact pick up the remaster, but forgot about it. I know what I'm playing next.
