For example, I don't like Will Ferrell in his typical roles. Oh they just drive me batty.

But. I do love Stranger Than Fiction. It's such a cozy movie.

Ehhh. Gary Sinese has been doing stuff for vets forever. I served right out of highschool over a decade ago and heard about his free concerts often.

So I don't know if I'd call it virtue signaling, considering a lot of the stuff he's done silently. But I imagine it's probably just publicity via one of his staff or something.

I don’t think it’s virtue signaling as much as it seems like it’s becoming his identity - and maybe there’s some right-wing bias in the media that’s putting him on display more because of the military fetish that’s been pushed for a while. I thought he was a decent enough actor, but every time I see him now it’s all about what he does for the troops.

he appeared on reddit suddenly last year, and he said once because he was in a vet hospital once, "he felt like one of the boys" thats why i felt like there some disengious situation going. what are the chances he suddenly came out republican, and then start shilling for vets right before the election, especially on reddit, and hes on reddit alot though.

Almost a “stolen valor” by association vibe. It feels more like he’s using them for himself as much as he’s helping them.

also at the same time the GOP decided to vote against vet bill in congress, and he did not denounce that at all, and was criticized on reddit, which he has been on quite often.
