So you just blame Firefox for leaving you behind, while Linux is, in fact, also moving away from 32-bit?
Great for you, that there's almost 20 yr ols hardware using 32-bit... Now, how many do you know, who relies on it? And how expensive is it, to move away from that, to 64-bit?
Stop repeating linux moves away from 32 bit. It won't make it true

Linux is the kernel.
The Linux kernel is not dropping 32 bit support.
what in the ai-hell is this article? debian can still run 32-bit applications no problem and equating "i386" to "32-bit support" is just wrong.
What in the AI-hell is your comment about? If you don't know the difference from stopping supporting something, and then removing something, then you probably shouldn't rely on AI to help you understand something. You are just wrong... Try using a search engine...
Some distros do call their 32bit version i386.
Debian did drop 32 bit support. (although some 32 bit packages will exist)
i586 and i686 are still available and 32-bit.

They don't need to buy the latest. Could literally buy a used computer from the early 10s instead with a 64-bit cpu.
That isn't the point.
If someone has a 32 bit computer that is doing everything they need to do, and that hardware is now being rendered unusable...its e-waste.
And I get it, software has to end support at some point for certain hardware, it doesn't make it suck any less that it is happening.
So, if someone disagree with you on this, then they must be the enemy, sucking up to big tech? That's a narrow minded theory you have there!
Do you pay for Linux? Do you support them financially or do you help make them? If not, then you should consider doing it, and then you can work on the 32-bit versions. Otherwise, be thankful that they keep making it for free, for you!
This started with me saying I didn't like that people were cheering this on and you decided to get triggered about it.
