Wait, snickerdoodle tastes like fish? Are we both talking about the cinnamon-sugar cookie? Or is there another snickerdoodle?
Yes that's the one. I know what it's supposed to taste like, but I always have a fishy aftertaste.
Wow, that's crazy stuff. Wish I understood food chemistry better to have a clue why this combo tastes like that for you.
Have you tried washing your pan?
I've never made them. These have been made by others.
That sounds wild! And sad. I love snickerdoodles! They have more than average baking soda (or was it powder) and maybe you're more sensitive to that?
