They immediately detained people who confronted Charlie at the event (as they were more democratic), but obviously were not the shooter.
The FBI says there is a massive manhunt for the shooter and are asking for any help they can get.
The Right IMMEDIATELY blamed democrats and the "radical left" are calling for our murders and a civil war, without any scrap of evidence to prove their claims.
The shooter was a ghost, some videos show a black figure on a roof 142 yards from the tent, well blended in and in all black. There is also video of the shooter running off the roof immediately after the shooting and got lost in the chaos. It's been over 18 hours and no suspect has been caught.
Just before this event, Charlie voiced concerns over other right wing conservatives not aligning with his ideals and voicing concern over Israel. He was wearing body amour at this event and the shooter knew it. Extra security was brought in for this event.
The most logical explanations for this shooting would be:
Another right wing radical taking out a voice they feel is hurting their cause for the movement and to cause chaos in the political spectrum.
A political assassination carried out by Donald Trump and his team to start a war with democrats and start a real war within on anyone that doesn't agree with them. AKA False Flag.
It's just too clean a getaway and too good of a shot for any other explanation considering the angle of the shot, the elevation change, the crowd, and the heightened security.
142 yards is not a hard shot to make. I'm hitting every shot at 300 with an old Mosin, iron sights and surplus Belerus ammo from the 1980s. The guy was probably aiming for his head and got the neck instead. You hear all the time "had the bullet been a millimetre to the left it would have hit is carotid artery" or some other vital. Literally 10 hours of practice with the rifle and scope you're hitting a head size target every time from that distance. If anything this person was poorly trained.
Are you looking to start a conspiracy? Marksmen have accuracy. I have accuracy. I can shoot anyone in the neck from 140 yards away and I'm not a marksman, just a guy who has shot rifles.

That is the most plausible explanation of a conspiracy seeing as Trump just had a boat with eleven people on it annihilated from existence.
Oh for sure. I've shot many rifles, I'm a good shot with iron sights at 200 yards, any modern scope makes it stupid easy.
The shooter got a body shot, but the bullet hit the steel plate Charlie was wearing and it ricocheted into his neck severing that carotid artery. So goes to show that not even bullet proof vests will stop you from dying.
I really doubt there was any ricochet after watching the video. There is no disturbance at all except strait to the neck.
There are slow motion close up videos straight on that show it exactly. But many people haven't seen those yet.
That's a complete fabrication.
First of all, I was unable to find a source showing that Charlie was wearing body armor.
Second, body armor is not made out of steel plate for exactly this reason. Body armor is usually ceramic plates that are designed to dissipate kinetic energy by fragmenting, covering in a plastic or polymer jacket to catch and slow down any fragments, and then it's usually in a kevlar (or other strong filament) carrier to further catch fragments.
If a round had hit his chest, and then ricochetted up into his neck, then there would be very obvious evidence of this. His shirt would have a decent entry hole, plus a big debris pattern of lead and jacketing material from where the round hit the steel plate. There would be a much larger and more ragged exit hole, more likely multiple, since bullet would have flattened and fragmented on impact with the steel plate. There would be a lot of smaller wound in his neck from the bullet fragments, instead, we get one clean hole.
To sum it up, he wasn't wearing any armor. Even if he was, body armor is made to catch bullets, not deflect them into your neck. And if that did occur, then there would be multiple obvious signs that it did happen that way.
Have you ever seen a human neck/head shot with a 30-06? It's would go straight through the neck. This was a ricochet.
But anyway, time to move on from Charlie and focus back on the Epstein files and the fascist takeover like the GOP does with school shootings.
Gotcha. 30-06 is so powerful it will completely blow a man's head off his body, but it will pass through a T-shirt, hit a steel plate under the shirt, and bounce back out the shirt without making a single hole.

It would be Mostly likely one of Enrique Tarrio's boys released from prison. That shooting had all the hallmarks of a military operation, including the single shot fired.
