Honestly, how is this mocking? At absolutely worst its dismissive or disrespectful, but that is a bit much.
The caption was "the only Kirk that matters" :)

It's more of a pain in the neck, really.
I'm assuming the commenter above knew that. That's what they were saying. It's not mocking. It's just saying "I don't really give a fuck."
