The thing is you're confused here, but it's fine because he's confused. It's the wrong ABC. He thinks it's the American broadcasting corporation. And you could be forgiven for thinking that because that's all the identification we get here. This is actually the "Australian" broadcasting corporation. I'm not as familiar, but it looks like their PBS.

There were recent interactions with both nations' ABCs. The OP article where he says "maybe we should go after you" is about US ABC, after a reporter asked about going after hate speech.

In the one about Aus ABC the reporter asked about shady business deals, and the response was "You're hurting Australia" and threatened to tell the Austalian "leader" that the reporter was setting a "bad tone".

It seems to be a recurring theme where Australian Broadcasting Corporation gets attacked. Black lives matter they beat a group of them,, then what else there was another incident just recently.
