I definitely agree. Practically it’s likely due to the limitations moving from animation to live action. But my headcanon is just that she’s a bit older and that’s visible in her style.
She's older and matured. She's realized function over fashion is good too
Shes also fighting singular strong opponents over groups.
She's spent years hiding her force powers to avoid discovery.
