When you reach 0 cm, you get a random tool assigned instead of the organ(70% chance to get a 🪛 screwdriver, 26% chance to get a common tool, 3% chance to get a rare tool, 0.9% for the super duper cool legendary tool and finally 0.1% to get your organ back).
