U.S. citizens were also detained during the raid due to safety reasons, saying “we generally don’t determine alienage while in the building,” adding, “no rights have been violated today.”
YOU ARE VERY CONFUSED ABOUT WHAT "RIGHTS" ARE, YOU FASCIST COCKBOIL.
Supreme Court says merely handcuffing compliant children is a violation of their rights. Why were they zip tied and dragged out? Why was ANY civilian pulled out of their domicile without warrant or compelling reason?
The supreme court also said ICE could abduct anyone they want as long as they looked illegal. The constitution doesn't matter anymore.
You don't even have to go to Supreme Court cases. It's on an even earlier page.
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
You mean "Republican toilet paper"
Inb4 "they're in the camps not the gas chambers; no rights have been violated"
Most of them are still alive, nothing violated!
Except for all of those people who were in Alligator Auschwitz. Two-thirds of them disappeared, right? Could be alive, could be dead.
Alive until proven dead!
I think you'll discover that zip ties are not handcuffs.
