Celebrating stuff that you like that's not from the culture you were born into is bad?
Generally a thoughtless adoption of stuff from marginalized or historically subjugated cultures is considered bad.
My particular statement was not intended to be a value judgment, just a remark that it's unusual how we're considering cultural appropriation of Hamas
