tl;dr
Update: I was wrong, the good bits will come later, for now it's just quest fixes. Thanks /u/Zyrxil

Real tl;dr : None of these except a few mission fixes. Everything else is planned for some time in the future. You went too fast even for tl;dr.
I wish they'd add a medpac item count to my hud like the grenades. Get tired of having to constantly go through 4 menu screens to get that info.
If you bind medpacks to your "quick" menu, it gives you the count there.
I do but I never bring it up to switch I just use my 1-0,[ ] keys.
same for ship parts
eat button should be top priority
Honestly, this was something that Fallout 4 and Fallout 76 could have benefited from. There were people who used Nuka-Cola for healing instead of stimpaks, especially with Fallout 76's Cola Nut perk, but one significant benefit of using stimpaks instead was that you had a binding for them when using a controller instead of a keyboard.
