I went ahead and looked into it a little closer.
We're still on their whitelist, which could honestly be an accident. But if it's not, then it makes the second part of my findings more annoying.
We were added to the "censored" category because one instance listed us as being "redfash". We banned a person registered to this instance for "liberalism" a short while ago. Meaning, very likely, they retaliated by listing us as redfash on Fediseer.

It looks like you have to be an instance admin.
From what I gather, instance admins file endorsements & censorships on other instances, listing their reasons.
It's nice that it's democratized, but it's not nice that one person can put you on the censor list.
