What kind of bullshit thimbleful of sour cream is that? God damn, sour cream is half the reason to eat beef stroganoff.

Lol. I thought a cup of sour cream was a lot. You could always add more, and/or have some on the side.

Stroganoff is primarily a vehicle for sour cream. Much like baked potatoes.

Chocolate cupcakes hot out of the oven are my birthday treat. I leave the rest unfrosted so I can nuke them for 10-15s on subsequent days.
