Okay but Powell made a deal and then publicly stated that she made the deal because she had to and it was a lie.

Like she went out and publicly stated the same lie that got her into this mess.

So unless the justice department takes her public statements seriously, then it’ll be meaningless.

Obviously she is lying now. In court, under oath, she admitted her plea was voluntary and true.

That’s obvious to you and I, but we need it to be obvious to those who aren’t paying that much attention, or worse are assuming that the court was a lie and this is the truth.

The justice system needs to take a heavy hand here to people that are being prosecuted for pushing these false claims. If they plead out, then they need to either acknowledge that publicly or shut up publicly.

And before anyone starts claiming “free speech”, we’ve already crossed that line, it was her words and actions that got her here. Continuing them in defiance of her plea deal should nullify the plea deal. Seems fairly straight forward.

7. No duplicate posts.


If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.


8. Misinformation is prohibited.


Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.


9. No link shorteners.


The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.


10. Don't copy entire article in your post body


For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.
