Why is this "hilariously"? Isn't that like...the whole point?
@totallynotarobot Google's point w/ the adblocking changes was to drive everyone back to Firefox? Away from the browser they've spent billions on?
No, they know nobody but the tech savvy people care. I just saw someone watch a YouTube ad on their phone in real life
I know it's close to Halloween but please use a spoiler tag or a trigger warning if you're going to tell us such a terrifying story
I'm tech savvy and even I find installing YouTube Adblockers on phone too much if a hassle to be arsed to do it.
It's a simple truth that the mobile experience is trash, while the PC experience is pretty decent and easy
You just install Firefox and get ublock origin on it. There's no step 3

How is your experience with the gtk4 skin? I've used it for a bit around the time the switch to libadwaita happened, but for me the default firefox skin is better.
