Keyword here: accused.
If one of my coworkers was accused of raping one of my other coworkers, I'd expect my boss not to send the accused to the field with others until everything was sorted out. Also make sure the complainant isn't pressured to return to the field before ready.
Most places get rid of you if you are accused of stealing office supplies.
No they don't.
I don't know where you work, but they absolutely do. People can be fired for practically anything in the U.S.
So? Exactly which of his rights are violated if that accusation prevented him being assigned to a specific location?
Maybe first figure out if you actually have a point next time you post...
I never said any of his rights were violated.
Ok, then. There is no point. Got it.
Thanks for clarifying...
No, you still don't get it.
Gonna block you now though. Learn to ask questions instead of jumping to conclusions.
All you've done is tell me what I'm saying while getting it wrong.
Wow.
"Accused" is completely meaningless, absolutely no bearing on the issue whatsoever.
Rather than actually attempt to make any sane argument, you whine and run away.
Seriously, dude. Go touch grass. Or play in traffic or something...
