On his list of roles, this casting is listed, but he is also listed as voicing "Fish" from "Adventures of little fish in bowl". End transcription.
I looked up the VA's website and none of the projects it lists him in have anything even remotely close to that.
I took one for the team and put "anthro heat" in my search history -- no such luck. There is a steam game that is literally called Anthro Heat (you have one guess what it's about) but that synth character does not appear to be in it.
