I've legit been enjoying "offbrand" sriracha's way more anyway. My current go-to is https://fixhotsauce.com/
They are usually so much tastier. If you like something more spicy than the huy fong, this is my favorite

Haven't seen that one around.
I did find the Tabasco brand one to be surprisingly good though.
I'll have to give that a shot, the huy fong stuff has been my favorite forever. How does it compare?
A bit more liquid and a lot more garlic. It's still distinctly a chili sauce, but the garlic is way more present imo
