Dear chef, I have woken up with the insatiable urge to yodel the "chorus", aka indigenous Taiwanese folk song stolen without credit due to the colonial belief that such things are in the public domain, from Return to Innocence by Enigma.
Could you please provide something to accompany this that is not a ☄️
Having stepped foot on Taiwan, and so have my parents, I believe I am qualified to serve you a cup of dong ding tea, where dong ding is of the language of the coloniser. 🍵
Dong ding oolong is definitely one of the more memorable names for a tea variety out there. Many thanks!
