Woke up with a sore throat. Haven't had one for years. So something soothing? And coffee.
Got a sore throat since yesterday too. Donโt know where I caught it. Iโve barely been outside. ๐๐ซ๐ฏโ๏ธ
I think its going around. Now developing chills & fever. But the boss is on holiday today and Mon/Tues, so I have to go in to work. Screams faintly in antiseptic.
I'm just tired with a sore throat. I'm going to put a mask on and watch Godzilla Minus One in a few hours before the symptoms hit. And then I'll go get groceries for the week instead of doing that tomorrow.
A bowl of fruit salad please, and an iced mocha.

Dear chef, I have woken up with the insatiable urge to yodel the "chorus", aka indigenous Taiwanese folk song stolen without credit due to the colonial belief that such things are in the public domain, from Return to Innocence by Enigma.

Having stepped foot on Taiwan, and so have my parents, I believe I am qualified to serve you a cup of dong ding tea, where dong ding is of the language of the coloniser. ๐ต
Dong ding oolong is definitely one of the more memorable names for a tea variety out there. Many thanks!
