I don't know who needs to hear this but if you're suffering from this level of social anxiety and executive dysfunction you're probably not "just introverted".

I did actually, we still get folks popping in from all telling us our memes are "normal behavior" or whatever so I thought it was worth mentioning.

Yeah, came here to say this. I'm really struggling with this but not because I'm introverted. Actually I'm pretty extroverted and feel terrible when I'm isolated for too long. Still doesn't keep me from not responding to friends and further isolating myself. In part ADHD, in part coping with trauma.
