Yeah, came here to say this. I'm really struggling with this but not because I'm introverted. Actually I'm pretty extroverted and feel terrible when I'm isolated for too long. Still doesn't keep me from not responding to friends and further isolating myself. In part ADHD, in part coping with trauma.
