How long can they keep giving away free games when their store has never made a profit?
…ever heard of a little thing called Fortnite? I hear it makes a tiny bit of cash money for them.
Ok well people spend money on Fortnite and we get free games, that's a good deal.
Sadly people are losing sight that this is a strategy by a capitalist company to entice users onto their service.
Nothing good will come from that.
Yarr, have I got news for you laddie.
I mean, I hate playing with internet randos anyway, so that's not actually a downside for me.
Yes, thank you, I'm well aware that internet randos are people. And I like not having to deal with them while I'm unwinding. Why is that a "problem"?
Nah I have Steam.
No? Pirate shit from Epic, pay for it from Steam. Support the infinitely better company with your wallet and don't let Epic hold 'exclusive' content.
Valve to my knowledge has not signed any exclusivity contracts with anyone?
holy crap. I did not realize they owned gog.
As long as it takes for them to build a userbase. They can afford giving away games constantly until users start using the store for real.
Jokes on them i just login to get free games lol
Just pirate it at that point.
Why its being provided to me for free and completely legally?
Exactly, it’s the most ethical piracy.
