Fact is, for every toxic man that needs to do soul searching, there's a toxic woman. Perhaps, instead of pointing the finger at the opposite sex/gender/whatever, take people on a case by case basis. If they're important to you in your life, you can be the catalyst that causes them to take the first step towards self improvement. Empathy is extremely important.
