You'd have to be super careful not to get trapped somewhere or get any injuries!
You would have access to basically any vehicle or tool, including ones that let you break into the buildings that have whatever else you want - but you'd have to avoid getting automatically locked into a gas station while trying to activate the pumps or stupid things like that.
