I'll be damned, nobody mentioned Lord of the Rings.
Lock the doors and show them the Extended edition, followed by The Hobbit extended edition.
It's only 20 hours and 18 minutes.
My ex roommate made me watch the extended edition after I told him I never actually watched all the movies. I'm not mad at him. It was a weekend well spent.
Not to mention the upcoming movie which is possibly another trilogy.
Then we'll probably get way past 30 hours in total for the extended editions.
Wow, it stars an English physicist as Helm Hammerhand! Bold choice!
I came here to say LotR. Whoever doesn't vibe with LotR doesn't have a place in my house.
Love of Tolkien is sadly not universal. I married a heathen that hates Lord of the Rings. ๐ฉ
