Oh, sorry. They meant, "No smoke; without fire" it's like the firewatcher's "All clear". There's no smoke and they're without fire.

Well actually, You can heat things up to a temperature where they do sublimate, without there being an ignition source.

“No smoke without fire” is a misnomer.
