I'm stuck between strawberries with honey, and a few scoops of stracciatella or vanilla chocolate chip ice cream with an espresso poured over it.

If you've never done this, I suggest giving it a try:

A medjool date that's been soaked in hot water, then take it out of the water, place it above a bar of dark chocolate of the same length, and eat it together (like nigiri) in one bite.

I say it should be dark because the date provides all the sugar and milkyness you'll need.

Banana cream pie.

The bakery we usually buy bread at has had banana cream tarts as one of their desserts of the month, and the sweets case has been a lot more tempting than usual the last several trips. I'm both relieved and bummed they'll be gone tomorrow.
