I don't know how to contribute but I'm looking forward to following the insights here. I desperately need to become more intentional in my life and fix up my default behaviors especially with my Internet habits.

I've been reading burnout, a guide to identifying and finding pathways to recovery and it's been t teaching me the way I respond at with is toxic (to myself - decades of being a contractor and needing to perform had set me up for this).
So some boundaries needed there which will be ...interesting
Thanks - I think acknowledging burnout, multitasking, even "productivity" as a potential anti-pattern is definitely one of the first, most important steps. It feels like we're looked down upon for wanting to do less, or for taking a break. Who knows, maybe there's some sanity left in the world and things will change bit-by-bit :)
I'm just trying to co-opt an English work ethic, really :)
But I'm so task focused, I have alarms reminding me to stop working and go home!
