That's neat, but the Ukrainian commanders should probably make them stop because restaurant location + timestamp of review could leak troop movements.
Most of these probably aren't being submitted by the actual soldiers. The majority of the new reviews seem to be in English and even the ones in Ukranian could have been posted by anyone
Considering they were able to keep the whole incursion into russia a secret for 2 days, even though the low level soldiers were all allowed to keep their phones, i think they are somewhat disciplined regarding opsec like this.
I would hope they aren't tagging places they actually went.
I'm sure between drone surveillance, satellite surveillance, spotter planes, and citizen reports, Russia knows EXACTLY where they are, it just doesn't acttually have anyone to stop them.
Not really, they didnt even predict a major incursion which had months of troop planning and equipment moving in preparations
They did see it coming. But they decided it was bluffing.
Maybe they just decided to put troops there and see if russia will send troops to their region, and if they send none, ukraine would attack?
Here's one of them that ~~has~~ had, when I posted it, several recent reviews https://maps.app.goo.gl/155A8LhNUQxtgDbB9
I don't see them...
Oh damn, sure enough they're gone. Guess google didn't think it was funny
Oh that's comedy gold lol. Yeah they really should talk to the local government about adding special tank parking spots.
No, putin deserves a firing squad
