If you don't like this, plant some milkweed in your garden or anywhere really it's not illegal to seed public land, the seeds need to winter in ground so now is probably a good time to start.

The county forced my wife and I to cut our entire garden down because it wasn't up to city code. We had a lot of butterfly and bee, attracting flowers, which was the whole purpose of the garden.
