Okay, now the relocation to Texas makes more sense. Musk basically has a paved path all the way to SCOTUS. Whether or not they take up the case it's highly likely all the lower rulings will go his way. Judge shopping needs to be stopped nationwide.

O'Connor ruled that the court has jurisdiction because Media Matters articles "targeted" Texas-based companies that advertised on X, specifically Oracle and AT&T, even though those companies are not parties to the lawsuit.

I'm not a lawyer, but that sounds fucking absurd. X is not suing on behalf of advertising customers, they are suing on behalf of X, period.

Wtf is this judge smoking?
