This seems like a hollow metric without some baseline data. Compared to what? And won't there be like 3x the population by 2050?

Global population is trending to slow down.

And these rates would put AMR related deaths in the ballpark of TB. Although, TB is also one of the leading causes of AMR infection.

Sure would be great if the farmers would stop giving all their livestock antibiotics, causing a big part of this problem to begin with.
