Seeding speed slows down massively after I finish downloading (zerobytes.monster)

On my seedbox when I add a torrent the download speed and upload speeds are quite good, 50-100+MB/s. As soon as the download finishes though I'm down to 10-300 KB/s seeding to others.

I've gone through all the settings (deluge) and I can't find anything that would make it so that once the download finishes the upload gets gutted.

These torrents are freshly added to the tracker and have a lot of people trying to snatch them so I don't think it's a case of there's no one to upload to.
