In the full version of his response to this question he says "Nobody died that day. Ashley Babbitt died that day."
I probably should do my due diligence and check to see if that's true.
But at this point I should just accept that his remarks about walking into the dressing room at Miss Teen USA were enough, and more is just overegging the pudding

It's English phrase I read a while back. They used it a half dozen times in the novel I was reading...

I do know that Trump loves poop 💩 and his supporters were smearing their own poop on the Rotunda walls; so maybe that’s the love he’s referring to.

This is Trumps idea of love so no surprise there.
A severe narcissist like him can only represent his own perspective. Outside perspectives don't exist. From his perspective that was a day when the audience loved him and did what he wanted them to do.

I had forgotten about that particular bit of talking out of both sides of their mouth.
Hours after the carnage of that day, Trump told those people he loved them in his message to them.
