States' rights? Oh, I see, when it's convenient for you.

The principles of the right are tenuous at best.

Exactly what I came to say. If the Democrats could maybe, possibly, kinda grow a pair?

"Or what motherfucker? Say it out loud and fucking clear."

I need to find the list, but several governors have already said they will resist the policies. I would imagine that states with currently inactive State Guards will reactivate them.

What will be interesting is what happens when the Trump admin attempts to Federalize the National Guard.

Within the next 4-10 years, I'm probably going to die for this fucking country on the home front, but fuck it

Which section of the Constitution is that from?

Supremacy Clause

Article VI, Clause 2 of the Constitution states that federal law is the "supreme Law of the Land" and takes precedence over conflicting state laws.

Well, you asked.

When they say "no big gubment" they only care when it's not their "big gubment."

Someone needs to ask him who he's looking for. They've already said in interviews that they were going to target nationals from Haiti and Nicaragua first because those would be the easiest to round up and deport large numbers to due to logistics. The problem is, that's targeting people based on their nationality, and that's against federal law.

The mass deportation program is going to be a horrible cluster fuck. They don't really have the legal standing to implement it, but they're going to try anyway. Which is going to lead to even more human rights abuses. Which is going to lead to more violence. And a whole fuck ton of court cases and legal battles. Ending with mass deportation not actually happening, but probably thousands of people hurt or killed. A whole lot of lawyers getting way more rich than anyone has any right to. All so we can waste lives, money and brain cells on a moron with a bad idea.
