Happy for you. After procrastinating the upgrade to 21 since February I finally did it last week. Nuked my mobile connection, did 3 clean installs with factory resets, only to find out had to switch the preferred network type once to get it working again.

but i have to get my laptop out to upgrade it and whenever i get my laptop out i impulsively play OpenRCT2 for the maximum amount of hours possible until i need to sleep before my next shift

I wish I could know if any cheap phone will be supported by LOS for five years at year one. It's always a gamble or a Pixel, which is not in my range anyway.

Im still fine with my Redmi 8 from 2018 too. Lineage OS updates keep popping up for my device.
