I did a bit of reading and writing for a short story idea I have. Other than that, learning about things via Youtube, and playing video games.

I took apart a broken Ryobi leaf blower (RY40402) to see if it would be cheaper to fix it rather than buy a new one. Easier to disassemble than I was expecting. At least until I got to the actual problem, the burned out motor. The motor was fused to the housing assembly, requiring the replacement of the housing assembly, motor, and blower fan. In the end it would cost the same to replace the leaf blower with a newer, more powerful version as to repair the broken one.

This came out pretty good in resin, even captured some of the small antenna details. I think it'll look great once it's painted.

I think this is just the asset from the game files, but the uploader also included a cut version for FDM printing.

Tried to read and write more. Recently tried to open up my notebooks “rules” to use one book for multiple free purposes and it makes it so much more enjoyable.
