Reminds me of a crazy idea I had at the beginning of the conflict. Air drop single shot zip guns all over Russia. It arms dissidents/mobs but is of no use to the army. It could be quite de-stabilizing.

In WW2, the American OSS made single shot Liberator pistols and gave them all over occupied France to harass German forces. No idea how effective it was tho.

I thought it was the Ukraine flag at first but it's blue under white and another color on top of the white but I can't see for sure what color

Looks like it might be the Republic of Buryatia, but hard to say for sure.

Yes, and the watermark on the video is "total Ulan-Ude", which is a town in Buryatia, so it fits.
