It's actually a good view into what Musk is afraid of at any time. First it was competing networks like bluesky and Mastodon, then it was links in to news in general, and now he's obviously afraid of government workers getting in touch with journalists over secure messaging apps (after he's shown that he has access and it's willing to publish anyone's Twitter DMs).
