Try using drm free backup for winlator, it'll be easier to setup. For DMC 1-3 (skip 2) you can use ps2 emulator, aethersx2 or nethersx2. Again, for dmc4 use drm free backup

Seems like that is an android tablet. Can't help you with that. Best I can think of is to stream the game. You can use something like geforce now but afaik that is a paid service. If you have a pc that can run the game but you want to play it on the tablet you can use Steam's remote play or sunshine if you have pirated the game.
I have no idea about the state of emulating Windows games on Android devices.
Is emulation on Android tablets that far behind?
Emulation is quite robust on Android via multiple emulators for various consoles. However, what you're asking is full virtualization of an operating system (Windows 10 or higher in this case) which just isn't viable on an Android tablet due to it being an ARM processor device, and many tablets being relatively low-spec. You need a fair amount of horsepower to run an OS on a VM at a decent speed. Even on a desktop computer or laptop playing games ends up being slower due to not accessing the video card directly (I believe, don't quote me, but it is slower generally especially for more graphic intensive games). Your best bet in this case is using some type of game streaming service that has an Android client and Disco Elysium on their catalog, otherwise there isn't a chance that you'll be able to accomplish this.
The thing is, my tablet is not "low spec," it's even kinda designed for gaming.
But yeah, streaming might be for the best.
I don't know. It's not something I follow. I only wanted to suggest some alternative ways.
