I literally control the Steam group "Cheese!"
Because when they first launched Steam Groups, they advertised it by saying you can even make one about liking cheese. So I did just that. π

I do, but cheese doesnβt love me. Iβm lactose intolerant. I can take a small serving, but too much will make me hit the toilet. Thank goodness there are a lot of dairy alternatives now.
Eating cheese in food like pizza or lasagna upsets my stomach a lot, but eating cheese off a block is fine. π€
I also have dialed down the cheese intake, which is probably for the best. But if I want to indulge I have 2 options: take lactase pills or select cheese that does not contain lactose. I particularly enjoy the Cabot seriously sharp cheddar for my go-to cheesening.

Nope, gave up dairy for two weeks six years ago and am never going back. It made a giant difference in my inflammation and chronic injuries
im trying to do this :)
no meat or dairy seems much much healthier than trying to deal with inflammation
