Overview:

Electric Vehicles are a key part of our tomorrow and how we get there. If we can get all the fossil fuel vehicles off our roads, out of our seas and out of our skies, we'll have a much better environment. This community is where we discuss the various different vehicles and news stories regarding electric transportation.

It looks like it has a decent amount of physical control buttons and knobs instead of all being in the screen which is nice.

This is the only thing that they needed to change and they did, it's nice when a company pays attention to feedback

The front is OK, but there's something very off with the rear. It seems too curved, like it's being pinched somehow? There's a decent looking car in there somewhere, but it's buried under too many curves and slopes imo.

That's the lowest drag coefficient design at 0,21 for you.

Yeah, the previous model has the same issue. I don't get how the same company can have a great looking car in the Ioniq 5 at the same time as this thing (and this is supposed to be their more expensive model).

Agreed. The first gen IONIQ 5 is a amazing looking car, although I'm less keen on the new 2025 revision.

Hadn't seen the new version, I agree, they made it look more conventional, which is a shame. Still looks good tho.

Yeah. Have you seen the new INSTER? It shares some of the same design language as the IONIQ.

Not loving the design, but that's more of a taste matter. At least the proportions look right for this one.

Taste and colours I suppose. I dislike the look of the 5 quite a bit. But I very much like how thev6 looks. I do get that the 6 looks are divisive. But that anyone would consider the 5 as being good looking is no ews to me. It looks practical ofcourse but also as somehow being made in a way that looks are irrelevant.

Yeah, fuck the BMW i liked, that thing is sexy.
