“We are going to have a crash and we’re going to have a crash like a 1929 crash if she gets in,” the Republican nominee warned, referring to the Great Depression.

“You saw a gentleman yesterday who got up, one of the top analysts in the world, frankly, and said that if Trump isn’t elected he predicts, and he’s predicting you have a stock market crash like 1929.”

https://www.federalreservehistory.org/essays/stock-market-crash-of-1929

"On Black Monday, October 28, 1929, the Dow declined nearly 13 percent. On the following day, Black Tuesday, the market dropped nearly 12 percent. By mid-November, the Dow had lost almost half of its value."

In 3 months he's done a black Monday.

Perhaps Trump identifies as a woman and referred to himself.

As of tomorrow, my 401k will be 75% in international stocks, 15% municipal bonds, 10% domestic stocks.

I'm making similar moves in my IRA but can't for the life of me see an easy way to make the same changes.

I'm not American, but i would argue that he made America the Butt of Jokes for the first time in history, that's never been the case before.

[–] BassTurd@lemmy.world 9 points 22 hours ago (1 children)

I think in all things housing construction, vehicles, and school shootings, America has been the whole joke for a while.

[–] hddsx@lemmy.ca 7 points 20 hours ago

What’s that?

You forgot

Congratulations, you won the first place prize in the worst president in US history, by causing an actual recession and leading up to a great depression using tariffs. Bewary though, William Mckinely coffin is empty, and been rumored to be walking to the white house with Abraham Lincoln, and some of the founding fathers, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, and John Adam are so mad that someone is ignoring our courts and likely to drag trump out for his ideals.

Congratulations on winning a secondary award for beating hoover, as while he did not cause the market to crash, he was still blamed as he never changed any policy and believed in the roaring 20s. Hoover is now crying from excitement as someone is finally worse then him by literally fucking up the market.

America is truly embracing the millenials right now. Voted the biggest idiot in the country for president, so he could make america commit suicide.
